Your privacy matters to us.
If you wish to permanently delete your TesoBox account and associated personal data, you may submit a data deletion request.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to:
Include:
• Your registered email address
• Phone number (if applicable)
• Reason for deletion (optional)
What Happens Next
Once your identity has been verified:
• Your account will be permanently deleted.
• Your personal information will be removed from our active systems, except where retention is required by law, such as financial or fraud prevention records.
• Your watch history, preferences, playlists, and saved items will be permanently erased.
Processing Time
Most deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
Once completed, deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
If you simply wish to stop using TesoBox, you may cancel your subscription without deleting your account.
